Politika e Rimbursimit dhe Anulimit

Përditësuar më 15 Korrik 2026. Kjo politikë zbatohet për të gjitha paketat e blera në sidetechagency.com.

1. Anulimi para fillimit të punës

Mund të anuloni porosinë dhe të merrni rimbursim të plotë 100% nëse kërkesa bëhet brenda 48 orëve nga pagesa dhe puna nuk ka filluar ende (nuk është dorëzuar asnjë draft, dizajn apo konfigurim).

2. Pas fillimit të punës

Kur puna ka filluar, rimbursimi bëhet në mënyrë proporcionale me punën e pakryer. Pjesa e realizuar (dizajn, zhvillim, konfigurim, orë pune) nuk rimbursohet, pasi bëhet fjalë për shërbim digjital të personalizuar.

3. Pas dorëzimit final

Pas dorëzimit dhe aprovimit të produktit final, pagesa nuk rimbursohet. Megjithatë, korrigjimet e gabimeve teknike të raportuara brenda 14 ditëve nga dorëzimi kryhen falas.

4. Paketat e mirëmbajtjes (abonimet)

Abonimet mujore mund të anulohen në çdo moment. Anulimi hyn në fuqi në fund të periudhës aktuale të faturuar; periudha e nisur nuk rimbursohet. Nuk ka penalitet për anulim.

5. Rastet pa rimbursim

  • Ndryshim mendjeje pasi produkti është dorëzuar dhe aprovuar.
  • Mos-dërgimi i materialeve nga klienti që bllokon vazhdimin e projektit mbi 30 ditë.
  • Kosto të palëve të treta të paguara tashmë (domain, hosting, licenca, API).
  • Kërkesa jashtë afateve të përcaktuara më sipër.

6. Si të bëni kërkesë

Dërgoni një email në sidetechagency@gmail.com me numrin e porosisë (gjendet në faturën PDF), emrin e biznesit dhe arsyen e kërkesës. Përgjigjemi brenda 3 ditëve pune.

7. Afati i kthimit të parave

Rimbursimet e miratuara kryhen brenda 5–10 ditëve pune, në të njëjtën metodë pagese të përdorur gjatë blerjes. Koha e mbërritjes në llogari varet nga banka ose ofruesi i pagesës.

Refund & Cancellation Policy (English)

Last updated: 15 Korrik 2026. This policy applies to all packages purchased on sidetechagency.com. Services are provided by SideTech Agency, Tirana, Albania. All prices are in EUR (€).

1. Cancellation before work starts

You may cancel your order and receive a full 100% refund if the request is made within 48 hours of payment and work has not yet started (no draft, design or configuration has been delivered).

2. After work has started

Once work has started, refunds are issued pro-rata for the portion of work not yet performed. Work already completed (design, development, configuration, hours worked) is non-refundable, as these are custom digital services.

3. After final delivery

After the final product is delivered and approved, the payment is non-refundable. However, technical defects reported within 14 days of delivery are fixed free of charge.

4. Maintenance plans (subscriptions)

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the period already started is not refunded. There is no cancellation fee.

5. Non-refundable cases

  • Change of mind after the product has been delivered and approved.
  • Client failure to provide required materials, blocking the project for more than 30 days.
  • Third-party costs already paid (domain, hosting, licences, APIs).
  • Requests made outside the timeframes stated above.

6. How to request a refund

Email sidetechagency@gmail.com with your order number (found on the PDF invoice), your business name and the reason for the request. We reply within 3 business days.

7. Refund processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Arrival time depends on your bank or payment provider.
