Çmimet janë në Euro (€) dhe përfshihen në faturën e lëshuar pas pagesës. Përshkrimi i çdo pakete gjendet në faqe dhe përcakton çfarë përfshin. Ndryshime të tekstit ose të skedave grafike përfshihen brenda revizioneve të parashikuara në paketë.
Pagesat kryhen përmes PayPal. Pas konfirmimit të pagesës, ju dërgohet menjëherë një faturë PDF në email. Për projekte të mëdha mund të diskutohet një pagesë 50% avancë / 50% dorëzim përmes kontaktit të drejtpërdrejtë.
Do t'ju kontaktojmë brenda 24 orëve punë nga pagesa për të filluar projektin. Afati i dorëzimit varet nga paketa dhe nga shpejtësia me të cilën na dërgoni materialet (tekste, logo, imazhe).
Për shkak të natyrës digjitale dhe të personalizuar të punës, pagesa është e parimbursueshme pasi puna të ketë filluar. Nëse pagesa është kryer por puna nuk ka nisur ende, mund të kërkoni rimbursim brenda 48 orëve në sidetechagency@gmail.com.
Pas pagesës së plotë, klienti fiton të drejtat e përdorimit të produktit final (faqe, agjent AI, materiale). SideTech ruan të drejtën ta referojë projektin si punë portofoli, përveç rasteve kur bihet dakord ndryshe me shkrim.
SideTech nuk mban përgjegjësi për humbje indirekte biznesi që rrjedhin nga ndërprerje shërbimesh të palëve të treta (hosting, domain, API të jashtme, PayPal, etj.).
Këto kushte rregullohen nga ligji i Republikës së Shqipërisë. Mosmarrëveshjet zgjidhen me mirëkuptim ose në gjykatën kompetente të Tiranës.

Services are provided by SideTech Agency, Tirana, Albania. Contact: sidetechagency@gmail.com.
All prices are shown in Euro (€) and are stated on the invoice issued after payment. The description of each package on the website defines its scope. Text and graphic changes are included within the number of revisions stated in the package.
Payments are processed by our authorised payment provider. Once payment is confirmed, a PDF invoice is emailed to you immediately. For larger projects a 50% upfront / 50% on delivery arrangement can be agreed directly.
We contact you within 24 business hours of payment to start the project. Delivery time depends on the package and on how quickly you provide the required materials (copy, logo, images).
Because the work is digital and custom-made, payment is non-refundable once work has started. If payment was made but work has not started, you may request a refund within 48 hours at sidetechagency@gmail.com. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Upon full payment, the client obtains the usage rights to the final product (website, AI agent, materials). SideTech retains the right to reference the project as portfolio work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
SideTech is not liable for indirect business losses arising from third-party service outages (hosting, domains, external APIs, payment providers, etc.).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Disputes are resolved amicably or before the competent court of Tirana.
